We are proud to design and make custom kitchen fronts in Sussex using high grade veneers on plywood construction — not MDF, and not low quality, tropical “solid wood” that chips, warps or fails over time.
Many kitchens are marketed as solid wood to suggest superior quality, but in reality they’re not. These materials can dent easily, chip at the edges, and struggle with moisture — especially in hard-working kitchens.
Plywood & Bamboo is different.
Our cabinetry and fronts are made from layered hardwood plywood, engineered for strength, stability and longevity. It holds fixings better, resists warping, and ages beautifully — even in busy, real homes.
