Kitchen Price Guide

We know it’s hard to picture the cost of a new kitchen from a price-per-door alone. These examples are here to give you a real-world feel for what different size kitchens usually cost with Kindroot.

Small kitchen line drawing

Small kitchen – typical Kindroot fronts from around £3,400-£4,000

Compact L-shaped kitchen with oven, hob and sink – around 3–4m of cabinetry.

A good example of a small kitchen is a simple L-shape or galley in an apartment or smaller home.

  • 4–5 base units (including sink and hob cabinet)
  • 1 tall fridge or oven housing
  • 2–3 wall units
  • Matching plinths, fillers and end panels

Typical Kindroot investment:

Medium kitchen with island line drawing

Medium family kitchen – typical Kindroot fronts from around £6,200–£7,100

U-shaped kitchen with island and tall storage run – a classic family space.

This is the kind of layout you’ll find in many family homes – plenty of storage, preparation space and a small island.

  • 7–9 base units plus corner solutions
  • 1–2 tall housings (fridge, oven and pantry)
  • Run of wall units or open shelving
  • Island with drawers and seating

Typical Kindroot investment:

Large open-plan kitchen line drawing

Large open-plan kitchen – typical Kindroot fronts from around £8,100–£9,800

Large L-shaped kitchen with island and full-height storage wall.

For bigger, open-plan spaces with a generous island and a full wall of tall storage, budgets naturally increase – but so does the impact.

  • 10–14 base units (often across two runs)
  • 3–4 tall units (fridge, freezer, ovens, larder)
  • Island with drawers, seating and integrated appliances
  • Matching plinths, side panels and full-height cladding

Typical Kindroot investment:
Fronts only in a KindGrain finish, all doors, drawers, panels and plinths: £8,100–£9,800.
