Day three of KindRoot has already set the tone.
This week has brought my first client Zoom call, an energising collaboration conversation with Karolina at House of Estila (where our kitchen is featured and where we meet clients), and early discussions that are already looking ahead to 2026 and beyond.
What’s stood out most isn’t just the momentum — it’s how those conversations are happening.
Moving Beyond Transactional Networking
Too much networking in our industry is transactional. Who’s selling what, to who, and at what margin.
At KindRoot, we’re choosing a more human approach — rooted in genuine conversation, shared values, and long-term thinking. The most exciting discussions so far haven’t started with products or pricing, but with bigger questions about what’s working, what isn’t, and what could be better.
Thinking Big, From the Start
KindRoot is new, but we’re thinking long-term from day one.
Big picture thinking doesn’t mean rushing to scale — it means designing with intention. Considering how today’s decisions affect clients, materials, waste, and the kind of business we want to still be proud of years from now.
Some of our earliest conversations have already been about early 2026 — shared ideas, evolving collaborations, and better ways of working that serve everyone involved.
Collaboration Over Competition
We believe businesses do better when they build together.
Our collaboration with House of Estila reflects that: a space that values calm, thoughtful design and meaningful conversations, not pressure or upselling. It’s exactly the kind of partnership we want more of.
Looking Ahead
As we look towards 2026, our aim isn’t just growth — it’s to gently push boundaries. To question industry norms, create calmer design experiences, and build collaborations that genuinely improve outcomes.
If you’re a business that values authenticity, long-term thinking, and doing things properly, we’d love to connect.
Day three feels like the start of something meaningful.
