What to Expect When You Arrange a Meeting With Us

We know that planning a new kitchen or piece of furniture can feel exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. That's why we approach every meeting in the same way we approach our designs: calmly, thoughtfully and with you at the centre.

Whether we meet online, welcome you to our design space in Farringdon, or visit you in your home, our first conversation isn't about selling. It's about understanding how you live, what matters to you, and how you want your home to feel.

We'll spend time getting to know your space, your routines, the materials you're naturally drawn to and any practical challenges you'd like to solve. We believe the most meaningful designs begin with listening, because every home is as unique as the people who live in it.

You'll never be met with pressure or a sales pitch. Instead, expect an open conversation, honest advice and the freedom to explore ideas together. If something isn't the right fit, we'll tell you. If there's a better solution, we'll suggest it.

Our meetings are intentionally relaxed. There is time to ask questions, handle material samples, discuss possibilities and reflect on what feels right for you. We believe that designing your home should feel enjoyable, not rushed.

By the end of our conversation, you'll have a much clearer understanding of what's possible, how we work and whether we're the right people to help bring your project to life.

Because at KindRoot, we don't just design kitchens and furniture.

We design spaces that feel calmer, kinder and more considered to live in.
