Many bespoke manufacturers ask for full payment before production even begins.
When creating KindRoot, we deliberately chose not to do that.
Instead, we work on a simple 50% deposit and 50% balance.
The deposit allows us to secure materials and reserve production time.
The final payment enables us to complete manufacture, finishing and preparation for delivery.
We believe it strikes a fair balance between protecting our clients while ensuring we can continue supporting our small team of designers, makers and trusted local suppliers.
