Perhaps this feels familiar

Running a business can feel much heavier than it looks from the outside.

You have hundreds of ideas but cannot decide which one deserves your attention.

You are constantly busy, but rarely feel that you are moving forward.

Running your business feels lonely, even when you are surrounded by clients or a team.

You are capable and ambitious, but conventional hustle-based advice leaves you feeling worse.

Your business is growing, but you are increasingly exhausted by what it requires from you.

You want your work to succeed without sacrificing the life you are trying to create.

What I want you to leave with

Support that considers the business and the person carrying it.

“I felt understood.”
“It was the first time in ages I wasn’t trying to hold everything together on my own.”
“I left with a clear head and a plan.”

Ways to work together

Meet your Founder Guide

Hello, I’m Molly.

Alongside running my creative design business, Kindroot, I support women founders who are trying to build meaningful businesses without losing themselves in the process.

My approach combines honest commercial thinking, thoughtful questions, practical planning and an understanding that wellbeing cannot always be separated from business strategy.

I work particularly well with creative, fast-thinking and neurodivergent founders, people experiencing burnout, and those who are tired of feeling that they must hold everything together alone.

Molly, founder of The Kind Hub

Before we work together

It matters that the way I work feels right for you.

01

I am warm, honest and direct. I will not tell you that everything is fine when something genuinely needs to change.

02

I listen closely and ask detailed questions before reaching for a solution.

03

I care about what is commercially realistic, not just what sounds inspiring.

04

I believe your business should support the life you want rather than consume it.

05

I will help you make decisions and create a plan, but I will not take responsibility for running your business.

06

Sessions are thoughtfully structured and begin and finish at the agreed time.

A thoughtful first step

You do not need to diagnose what kind of help you need.

The first part of the process is designed to help us both decide whether working together feels appropriate.

01

Tell me what is happening

Complete the short assessment below so I can understand your business, what feels difficult and what support might help.

02

We meet online

If it appears that we could work well together, I will invite you to a short exploratory Zoom call.

03

You receive a recommendation

I will suggest the most useful first session, explain what it includes and provide your private booking link.

Sessions can take place online, at my welcoming home workspace in Piltdown, at your workplace where practical, or at a mutually agreed meeting place. Any travel requirements or additional costs will always be agreed before booking. Home addresses and final location details are only shared once a session is confirmed.

Find the right support

Tell me what you are carrying.

This short assessment helps me understand where you are, what currently feels difficult and which kind of support may be most useful.

You do not need to have everything neatly worked out before completing it.

This is not an automatic booking.

I personally review every enquiry before inviting someone to an exploratory call or an in-person session. You can normally expect to hear from me within three working days.

The Kind Hub

You do not have to hold all of it alone.

Start by telling me what is happening. I will listen, review your answers personally and help you decide what comes next.
